The son of [ Redacted] and [Redacted], first joined the Scarlet Crusade under the direction of Highlord Skarim von Bodenschat, who was the Highlord of the [Redacted]. He served as a Scout at first, though, under the tutelage of the Grand Inquisitor, [Redacted Redacted], he soon found himself as an Inquisitor, soon becoming Grand Inquisitor himself.
After the death of Highlord Bodenschat, and the subsequent dissolution of the [Redacted ] , Ailardan roamed the Tirisfal Glades, still working with Scarlets in the area, becoming proficient in tracking down and hunting Forsaken forces. Soon, though, he found himself in the ranks of another Scarlet sect, the Scarlet Hammer. He served as an Inquisitor under the Grand Inquisitor of the sect, [Redacted], and served valiantly through several Highlords, before becoming the Grand Redeemer, keeping the order going through the tumultuous times following the fall of Hearthglen and Tyr's Hand, mainly operating from the Monastery and, with permission of the Church, out of the Barracks in Tyr's Hand.
Soon, the Scarlet Hammer fell, and, for a time, Ailardan, along with with his wife, [Redacted] , and his two children, [Redacted] and [Redacted], resided peacefully at a home within [Redacted]. It was only recently that, after meeting Mordred and Aeralin Silverblood, and, reconnecting with his comrade, Altrek Redblade, the former Inquisitor began serving the cause once more, and, recently, the two orders combined to become the Embers of the Flame...
