OOC/Discord rules apply to in-game guild chat. Basically, don't be an ass. 

Disrespect or disobedience of an officer will lead to consequences, regardless of story arc. You are responsible for your actions, your toons actions, and with IC action comes IC consequences.

All relationship drama is to remain private as well as ALL ERP. In game relationships ARE allowed. It is best to leave intimacy out of the public eye. Yes, it is YOUR relationship, not the guilds, keep it that way.

The toon will bend to the guild story, not the other way around.  Meaning: We will not make special accommodations for your toon. We will not give your toon special treatment. We will not rule bend or look the other way. 

Do not denounce the Holy Light or it’s faith. All members faithful or not will not denounce the faith. The Light is the truth. 

Civil disobedience, attacking members of the guild, creating unwanted drama, disregard for chain of command, lack of protocols WILL result in consequences IC.

Traitor RP will have Traitor consequences. First, the council will sit down and discuss what we deem should happen. Then, we shall pull the member into a group and discuss what they would like to happen and come to a mutual agreement. If a mutual agreement cannot be reached, then talks of retcon may be imposed. I.C. Actions that may be imposed but are not limited to the following (trial and execution, public execution, immediate execution, imprisonment, exile.)

GMODING  or god moding is not tolerated in any form. While we at the Embers of the Flame will assist new RPers and story builders in any way we can. Gmoding your way through an event or through a fight or to best a senior officer will not be tolerated. The best way to ensure you are not Gmoding is to consult LORE and LOGIC with your emotes. If you need assistance deciding if your emote/RP is considered Gmoding, please consult a member of the Officer Corp. 

Visits to Goldshire- Elwyn Forest will result in an immediate submission to the officer corps for review.  IF YOU MUST GO TO GOLDSHIRE, GO ON A TOON NOT AFFILIATED WITH THE GUILD!!! Brief through and through for holiday events, pvp, or low-level questing are the only exceptions.

Trolls are to be ignored. If a troll is identified it is best to leave them alone and if necessary make a GM report to blizzard. If you are found to be a troll, you will be promptly warned against the behavior.

Having your own character story is fine in the eyes of the guild. We, the  officer corps, promote and support personal character development. However, expecting the guild's story to conform or bend to your character is a fallacy. Do not come into the guild and expect to change the rules and bend the guild just to support your character. 

Uniform Policy: The uniform will be worn at all recruiting and Formal events. The uniform will be the Tabard (During recruitment) and Guild Colors “ Red and White”. The uniform is not required off duty or OOC. It is asked that you DO NOT wear your colors in Stormwind or other alliance territories!

On that note; The city is considered by the guild, hostile territory. You accept the risk of being captured, tortured and potentially killed IC when you go IC in the city in Scarlet attire alone. Do not be a soft target. We will NOT mount continuous rescue operations.

Attacking fellow crusaders, attempted murder, going overkill at a sparring session will be met with IC consequences. Just don't do it. Just... Can you don't?

WORGEN: Ferality of any kind, loss of control of your curse at any time will be met with a mercy kill. This will be briefed upon your recruitment.
